Fix IT Up!

Welcome to Fix IT Up, a local computer shop! Your job is to help people figure out what's wrong with their computer and fix it for them.

This is a jam game made for Godot Wild and Proud with the theme "SUPPORT" — in this case, technical support!

Known issues:

• Sometimes there is flickering during transition between customers
• Sometimes you will get the same problem/text twice in a row

Things I ran out of time for but wanted to do / might do in the future if I decide to finish this:

• 🔇 Sound of any kind
• 🔌 Cable management (make sure everything's plugged in!), and more types of problems in general
•  ⏏️ Proper animations for interacting with the computer
• 🎮 Controller support

Compatibility:

• Web: recommended,  Firefox/Safari seem to require a new window,  but otherwise should work
• macOS: Supported
• Linux: Tested on a Steam Deck in desktop mode - a larger screen resolution or "always on top" preferred to avoid getting stuck behind taskbar
• Windows: Unable to test on a real machine... maybe it works?
